26 Round Pond - East Falmouth, Mass. - fresh water pondfront
This charming two bedroom house is directly on Round Pond, a fresh water pond in East Falmouth. The pond is large, and serene. There are a mere 18 houses on the entire pond. It is ideal for swimming, canoeing and kayaking. The pond is sandy in front of the house, and level for quite a distance, good for small children. The deck overlooking the pond is 25' x 15', great for enjoying summer evenings and good company.
The interior of the house has a charming presence, right out of the 60's. Little has been changed inside since, giving it a cozy, country feel. Each of the two bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the house for optimum privacy. The living room has a queen sleep sofa with an innerspring mattress for additional guests. Maximum guests are six. There is a washer and dryer in the walk out basement, next to the deck stairs. Basic cable is provided, with a television/vcr/dvd in the living room. televisions with vcr's are in each bedroom. The bookshelf in the living room is lined with books, movies and games for you and your guests to enjoy during your visit. A gas barbeque grill is on the deck, along with patio furniture. There is a storage shed for your bicycles.
The house includes a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, quilts, blankets, pillows, alarm clocks and radios with cd players in bedrooms. Bring your sheets, towels and food. The rest is taken care of.
The Round Pond Drive house is located off Sandwich Road in Falmouth. Take Sandwich Road to Pinecrest Beach Drive to the second sign for Round Pond. Take a right on Round Pond Drive, house is #26 on the left. Easy access from Routes 151, 28, and Brick Kiln Road. Five minutes to downtown Falmouth or Mashpee Commons.
Non-smokers, no pets requested. This house is the only weekly rental in the neighborhood, so due to nearby year round neighbors, large, noisy parties are undesirable. Come to enjoy the serenity and beautiful pond.
Availability: June, July, August, September, 2003 - weekly, biweekly, monthly or season, if available. Late September 2003 through May 2004 available for winter rental

please note when renting weekly, rentals begin at 1 p.m. on Saturdays and end at 11 a.m. the following Saturday
July: $1,000 per week, $3,500 for full month July 1 through July 31
August: $1,200 per week, $4,200 for full month August 1 through 31

30 Pinewood Lane - Oak Bluffs, Mass.
This bright and sunny two bedroom house has an incredible vineyard contemporary/country feel. There are cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen and living room have skylights. A cozy sleeping loft with a full mattress is above the large living room, offering a third sleeping area. The master bedroom offers a full bed, the second bedroom has a twin bed. Maximum guests are five unless someone sleeps on the couch, then six is the maximum.
The bedrooms, dining room and hall floors are oak hardwood, kitchen and bath are tiled, the living room has plush blue carpeting. There is a 12 x 12 deck off the dining room, and a large shed to store bicycles.
Basic cable is provided with televisions in both bedrooms, the dining room, and the living room, which also has a vcr and dvd player. Radio/cd players and alarm clocks are provided, as are a dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and gas barbeque grill. The rooms are equiped with quilts, blankets, and pillows. The living room bookshelves are stocked with books to read, movies and games for you and your guests to enjoy during your visit. Bring your sheets, towels and food. The rest is taken care of.
This adorable house is centrally located on the Vineyard, on a quiet street, yet one mile from Circuit Avenue in Oak Bluffs; five minutes from Vineyard Haven; and ten minutes to Edgartown. It is five minutes to the ocean and bike paths. Tennis courts at the Oak Bluffs school are within walking distance.
Non-smokers, no pets requested. This house is in a peaceful year round neighborhood, large noisy parties are undesirable. Come to relax and enjoy the Vineyard.

July: $1,400 per week, $6,000 for full month from July 1 through July 31
August: $1,600 per week, $6,500 for full month from August 1 through August 31
